Microsoft Access Manipulation - Consists of being able to create, query and report large sums of data filtering out as necessary for reports and transactions.

Microsoft Office Knowledge - The ability to manipulate any and all Office tools ranging from Excell Formulation to SharePoint Web based controls.

Web Based Programming - Knowledge of standard languages such as Perl and PHP allow for creation, installation and manipulation of web 2.0 systems to include runnning SQL queries.

Computer Based Graphics Design - Everything for 2 dimensional logo and layout manipulation to full on 3d graphic rendering from simple and sharp to complex and detailed.

Basic Wired and Wireless Networking - The capablity of running both wired and wireless networks for office or home.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Complex Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in White papers and complicated work related documents.

Public Speaking — Talking to a large crowed to convey information effectively.

Proper Time Management — Managing one’s own time and the time of subordinates from a leadership perspective.
